Durtlang Hills: Durtlang Hill is hovering on the northern side of Aizawl that is perfectly located as a hill resort. It offers a superb observation of the scenic outlook of the capital city and the surrounding areas. The State Museum at Macdonald’s hill, Zoo, Zoological Garden, and Bung Picnic Spot are some of attractions in the surrounding areas of the city.
Vantawang Falls: It is one the must see destination surrounded by a vast elongate of substantial bamboo forests seal to Thenzawl hill station, the highest waterfall Vantawng.

The city is also well connected through road from different major cities of the country. However, reaching their by air ends at Lengpui Airport which it is situated near Aizawl. It is connected by Railroad up to Bairabi from where you need bus/taxi to reach your desired desitnation.
